      Maxime is Manager Business Engagement, specializing in employee engagement and change management. He himself describes his function as Transformation and Business Engagement, supporting the Life Sciences organization by ensuring understanding of the strategy and by engaging leaders, teams, and employees towards new ways of working. He holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from the Université d’Évry, France, and a Master’s degree in Gene and Cell Therapy from the Université Paris Cité, France. 

      He has more than 15 years of international experience in Academia, Biotech, and Pharmaceutical Industry. According to Maxime himself, he shifted his scientific career to so that he could follow his intrinsic desire and capabilities to connect people to their strengths, enabling them and their organizations to their fullest extent through the impact of collaboration and innovation.

      Maxime joined PMI in 2018 and prior to that, he worked in various roles, including HR - Project Manager Education, Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research. He also worked as an independent Cultural Agility Adviser, helping small organizations and leaders through cultural mindset changes.

PMI has a range of RRPs in various stages of development, scientific assessment and commercialization. All of our RRPs are smoke-free products that deliver nicotine with far lower quantities of harmful and potentially harmful constituents than found in cigarette smoke.
