Guillaume de La Bourdonnaye

MSc in applied Mathematics (Statistics)

Head of Biostatistics and Data Management

Guillaume is Head of the Biostatistics and Data Management team, whose capabilitites aim to serve across all domains of human studies. He holds an MSc in applied Mathematics from the University of Lyon 1, France.

Guillaume has in-depth experience in clinical study design, statistical methodology, and study execution, under Good Clinical Practice and other ICH guidelines. He joined PMI in 2012 and has held various roles, including Manager Biostatistics, Senior Scientist-Pharmacovigilance, Senior Scientist-Expert Statistician, and Head of Biostatistics. Prior to joining PMI, he worked in several pharmaceutical companies. He has published numerous articles in international peer-reviewed scientific journals.

Reduced Risk Products ("RRPs”) is the term we use to refer to products that present, are likely to present, or have the potential to present less risk of harm to smokers who switch to these products versus continuing smoking. PMI has a range of RRPs in various stages of development, scientific assessment and commercialization. All of our RRPs are smoke-free products that deliver nicotine with far lower quantities of harmful and potentially harmful constituents than found in cigarette smoke.
